Charis Home Cleaning is a growing cleaning business operating throughout Melbourne and Geelong. We focus on household cleaning for the NDIS and age care package sectors, partnering with a number of larger providers. We are looking for a full time administration and sales manager to continue to grow our business. You will be mainitaining great relationships with our existing clientele and actively reaching out to new NDIS and age care package providers to onboard them.
Each day you will be taking calls from new and exisiting clients that will be booking in new jobs for our cleaning team. This will involve providing quotes and overseeing the cycle from first call to booked job.
This is a full time role monday to friday 8-4pm (or equivalent). You will be working from home but will need to do a 2 week training period in Doreen, Vic. You will be working alongside 5 others in our back end administration team.
You will need to have:
- Great phone manner
- Great organisation and planning skills
- Able to multitask on the go.
- Be able to work independently from home.
- Confident to engage with potential new providers in the NDIS and age care sectors
- Able to problem solve quickly to fit new jobs into a busy cleaning calendar of over 100+ cleaners across Melbourne and Geelong.
- Ability to prioritise important, non urgent tasks
There will be a base pay with generous additional sales bonuses added for great performance to reward you for your work. These will also compound year on year with a salary of $95k achievable over 3 years.
