What you’ll be Doing:
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you’ll play a key role managing the day-to-day operations of our office. Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism
- Providing general office and administrative support
- Assisting with website maintenance and SharePoint
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Coordinating meetings and managing calendars
- Assisting in organising staff events and catering
What we’re looking For
- Previous admin or office experience
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- A professional and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- A team mindset and willingness to take initiative
