Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Administrative Assistant to join the Community Program, Residential In Reach team.
Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north.
Services are provided through our five main campuses:
Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join the Residential In-Reach Team at Northern Health.
The Administration Assistant works within the Hospital Without Walls Division in Residential In-Reach to provide staffing support specifically to Clinicians and Managers.
Administration aspects of this role will be varied and will include data entry, phone and email communication with our consumers, clinical staff and external providers.
This position is Part - Time including weekends and public holidays.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience and good working skills in administration or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Be motivated, flexible, adaptable and available weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Courteous and friendly customer focused communication.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and prioritise workload.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team to provide accurate, timely and responsive administration support.
