The Role
Join Justice Health NSW as an Administration Manager – Specialty Services (Primary Care) and lead a dynamic administration team, delivering advanced clerical and managerial support across specialist clinical services. In this pivotal role, you’ll work alongside the Service Director, Operational Managers, and Clinical Directors to streamline service delivery, ensure policy compliance, and manage the Specialty Services. If you're passionate about operational excellence and empowering clinical teams to deliver high‑quality care, this is an exceptional opportunity for you.
We are looking for a professional with advanced administration skills and:
- Advanced skills in collaborating, influencing, and negotiating through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at managing and prioritising workloads, including anticipating and responding to issues.
- Proficiency in data management and computer skills.
- Experience managing administration staff is preferred.
Our Location
The Justice Health Olympic Park office, or ‘JHOP’ is located at 10 Herb Elliot Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park. Designed for inter-departmental communication and collaborative working, the office provides large open spaces and an abundance of natural light. An array of restaurants and café options are a short walk away.
Easy access is provided via public transport including buses, trains, and ferries, as well as road access via the M4 and Parramatta Road via Homebush Bay Drive. 35 km of bicycle paths surround the site, and bicycle storage and shower amenities are available in the office as well.
