As our Administration Officer, you’ll be the friendly face and organised mind behind the scenes—supporting admissions, coordinating inquiries, and keeping everything running smoothly. Your work will directly contribute to the wellbeing of our aged care community.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage resident admissions, agreements, and discharge processes
- Maintain waitlists and optimise occupancy levels
- Coordinate tours and fee quotes for prospective residents
- Provide general administrative support to the team
What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III in Business or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current National Police Certificate & NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in aged care is a bonus!
