Administration Officer

About the role
Reporting to the Village Manager, you’ll provide high-quality administrative support and be the first friendly point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and service providers. Your days will be varied, from preparing documents and maintaining records to organising events and assisting with resident enquiries.
About you
You’re an organised, approachable, and proactive team player who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment. You take pride in delivering excellent customer service and can adapt easily to changing priorities. With strong attention to detail, you’re confident managing a variety of administrative tasks while keeping a warm, professional approach.
In addition, you will also have:
- Certificate III in Business Administration is highly desired
- Proven experience in administration and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated, dependable, and professional approach to work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level
- A current driver’s licence
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
