About the role
We are seeking two highly organised and motivated Administration Officers to join our team at Maddington and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the facility. The role provides administrative support and customer service to staff and visitors along with responding to calls and enquiries. By ensuring accurate and timely data entry, organising meetings and taking minutes, typing and distribution of documents, the role supports the effective functioning of our service. Our environment fosters collaboration, mutual respect, and a positive workplace culture. The roles are available on a part-time basis, depending on the availability of the right candidates, earning from $30.75 per hour.
About you
You’ll have experience in providing administrative support bringing a flexible and adaptable approach because you love being part of a team that gets things done. With a love of learning and being relied of you’ll take pride in your work and have the ability to juggle tasks. Key skills will include:
- Certificate III in Business Administration is great, but not needed
- Good administration skills as a foundation and a willingness to learn
- Ideally experience organising meetings and good team work skills
- Self-motivated, responsible and reliable
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills at an intermediate level
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
