About the Role
Join our dynamic administration team and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. We are seeking an organised, proactive and customer focussed professional to deliver high quality administrative and customer service support between the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
In this newly created and diverse position, you will work independently to provide accurate and efficient administrative support. You will act as the first point of contact at our State Logistics Centre (SLC), located in Scoresby, and provide administrative support to SLC Warehouse Operations. The role involves meeting and greeting visitors, processing basic financial transactions and purchase orders, managing and redirecting incoming phone calls, ordering and maintaining office supplies. You will take pride in building and maintaining strong working relationships across the organisation, ensuring all details are managed seamlessly.
Please note, you will occasionally be required to do some after hours and weekend work.
About You
The person we are seeking will bring the following:
- Execellent administration and customer service skills and experience
- Relevant computer literacy skills including MS Office and databases (experience with SAP highly desirable)
- Exposure to a warehousing environment (highly desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationships with key stakeholders
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work proactively, with minimal supervision and to work effectively as a member of a team
