What You’ll Do
Client Onboarding:
- Welcome new clients into our programs and guide them through their certification journey
- Explain requirements in a simple and supportive way
Document Collection & Management:
- Assist clients in gathering and submitting required documents
- Keep records neat & well-organised
Client Support & Communication:
- Be the friendly point of contact for inbound client inquiries
- Provide clear guidance and reassurance as clients progress
Admin & Team Support:
- Schedule appointments, follow up with clients and keep things running smoothly

- A quick learner who is ready to take on new skills
- Confident communication, both written and verbal
- No experience required - we’ll teach you everything you need
- An interest in building a career in business, admin or construction pathways is highly valued
