Administration Assistant – Trending Smiles Orthodontic Laboratory
Location: Homebush NSW
Hours: Casual (30 hours per week) Starting time 9.30am

We are a specialist Orthodontic laboratory dedicated to providing high-quality appliances and exceptional service to our clients. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our team.
About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our laboratory. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to client enquiries
- Managing emails and digital case submissions
- Packing and sending jobs
- Data entry, invoicing, and maintaining client records
- Assisting with scheduling and logistics of case deliveries
- Supporting the lab team with general office duties
- Local deliveries
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- A great communicator with excellent phone and email etiquette
- Confident using accounting software (Xero) and comfortable learning new software
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous administration experience (dental/medical preferred but not essential)

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Homebush NSW 2140: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
