Design 4 is currently looking for an experienced Receptionist - Admin Assistant with graphic knowledge to join our team.
Working within a strong team environment, the ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service
Ideally you will be an experienced with exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Reception Admin or a strong background in client relations.
Duties & responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for all enquiries or issues
- Scheduling appointments for Ground Staff
- Data entry and server updating
- Assisting Ground and Office Staff with queries
- Preparing and sending daily dairies
- Uploading image to campaign platform
- Assisting the proofing process
Skills & Experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Excellent telephone voice and customer dialogue
- Professional presentation
- Excellent computer skills, experience in Illustrator or Photoshop an advantage
- Real Estate or scheduling experience an advantage
- Good knowledge of Melbourne and Suburbs for scheduling purposes
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
