We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
Salary range: $105,568 to $114,861 p.a. (AO5)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity
Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS), Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services (BEMS) is seeking an enthusiastic team member to join the BEMS Management Team in providing a professional approach to the delivery of plant and infrastructure maintenance services supporting patient care and staff accommodation throughout THHS.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
Whilst not mandatory, it is highly desirable that the Contracts and Procurement officer will have achieved or be willing to achieve a minimum of a QLD PCP level 2: Intermediate Procurement certification.
Highly regarded: Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in contract management and administration including planning and supplier performance management as it relates to provision of maintenance and construction services.
Highly regarded: Demonstrated experience and/or understanding of core strategic objectives in procuring for the Queensland government.
Highly regarded: Demonstrated understanding of probity and integrity requirements in government procurement.
