An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join the culinary team at the Art Gallery of NSW.

This is a permanent, full-time role working with The Fresh Collective, a leading and award-winning hospitality group. Be part of a passionate team curating premium culinary experiences for some of Sydney’s most high-profile and exclusive events.

• Mainly day shifts (5-day work week, Monday to Sunday rotation)

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently across all Events

• Lead and run your assigned section efficiently during busy service

• Support the Executive and Sous Chefs in ensuring smooth event execution

• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, presentation, and quality

• Adapt menus in collaboration with senior chefs to reflect current Gallery exhibitions

• Actively participate in the setup and breakdown of events

• Step up to assist in kitchen leadership during senior chefs' absence

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as CDP or equivalent in a high-volume, premium catering or fine dining environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence

• Thrives under pressure and brings energy and enthusiasm to service

• Demonstrated ability to manage time and maintain consistency during high-volume events

• Valid Australian working rights (citizenship, residency or full working visa)
