About the Role
Nexus Division is seeking a technically capable and motivated CyberArk & PAM Technology Lead to join our cybersecurity delivery team. This role focuses on supporting and managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, especially CyberArk, across enterprise environments in banking, government, and critical infrastructure.
The right candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and maintaining CyberArk and related PAM technologies, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access to privileged systems. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to improve identity governance, streamline access processes, and support ongoing platform development and operations.
Key Responsibilities
CyberArk Administration & Support
- Install, configure, and maintain CyberArk components including EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, AIM, and OPM.
- Create and manage Safes, platforms, connection components, and credential policies.
- Conduct regular health checks and ensure availability and performance of PAM platforms.
Access Governance & Compliance
- Manage privileged account access across Windows, UNIX, network devices, and databases.
- Support role-based access control (RBAC) and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory security standards (e.g., SOX, MAS).
- Prepare audit reports, track usage trends, and contribute to governance documentation.
System Integration & Automation
- Integrate PAM solutions with enterprise systems, IAM platforms, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Assist with scripting and automation tasks (e.g., Bash, Shell, PowerShell) to enhance platform efficiency.
- Support deployment of custom plugins, connectors, and automation tools for privileged access workflows.
Incident Response & Monitoring
- Monitor PAM activity logs, identify suspicious behavior, and respond to alerts or breaches.
- Assist with root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to maintain security posture.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to support PAM initiatives.
- Maintain accurate configuration documentation, runbooks, and change control records.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT, with 2–3 years focused on PAM or CyberArk administration.
- Familiarity with privileged identity lifecycle management and infrastructure access control.
Technical Competencies
- PAM Tools: CyberArk (EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, AIM)
- Scripting: Bash, Shell, PowerShell (basic to intermediate)
- Platforms: Windows, Linux/UNIX systems
- Compliance & Auditing: Access reviews, RBAC implementation, audit readiness
- Integration Tools: LDAP, Active Directory, ServiceNow (desirable)
- Reporting: KPI dashboards, incident reports, usage logs
Desirable Skills
- CyberArk Trustee or equivalent CyberArk administration course
- AWS or Microsoft security fundamentals (optional)
- CISM or equivalent (a plus)
