Family Orthodontics is an established Specialist Orthodontic Practice, providing high quality care for our patients. We are seeking a well presented individual who will be committed to their job and have exceptional work ethics. This maternity leave position is for (12+ months, with the possibility of long term employment), requires the applicant to work at our Liverpool practice and be able to cover our Carlingford staff when on annual or personal carers Leave.
This is a dynamic and challenging role for those with enthusiasm, have excellent telephone and customer service skills. Experience is essential.
The applicant must be extroverted, possess outstanding organisational time management skills, have eye for detail and be able to travel to our two locations.
Receptionist role would include managing the appointment books, handling incoming calls, patient accounts, incoming and outgoing mail, typing, filing and other receptionist duties.
