  • At least 2 years demonstrated experience in the area of AOD and mental health
  • Knowledge and experience in the provision of evidence based therapeutic services to the families and carers of people engaged in harmful use of AOD and the ability to apply a trauma-informed, culturally responsive and person-centred approach to these services.
  • Excellent relationship, negotiation and conflict management skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with service providers, staff, peers and key stakeholders in the local community
  • Experience in implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes across customer service programs, including feedback informed treatment, program review and risk management.
