Right now, we’re on the lookout for a Venue Manager to lead our vibrant Glenelg venue!
What’s the role? As the Venue Manager, you'll be the key driver of daily operations. Ensuring a motivated team, a positive and energetic atmosphere, and an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through the door.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service.
Drive and maintain venue cleanliness standards, and keep everything running efficiently.
Day to day inventory management and stock control.
Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment.
Hire, train, develop and motivate a team.
Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.
Responsible for venue P&L management.
Who we’re looking for:
A natural leader with hospitality or retail experience (QSR experience is a big plus!)
A people person who knows how to lift a team and create a feel-good customer experience
Positive, proactive, and ready to take on any challenge
Super organised, solutions-focused, and always looking to improve
