Spinify is a global B2B SaaS company with a product our customers love. We have a clear goal to become the world leader in sales motivation software. The one thing we're missing? A predictable pipeline engine.
We are looking for a true demand generation leader to solve this. This isn't a role for a manager who delegates—this is a role for a builder. You will report directly to the CEO and have the full trust, budget, and autonomy to design and execute the growth strategy for the US market and beyond.
As our Head of Demand Generation, your impact will be to:
- Architect our entire lead generation strategy from the ground up, with the goal of creating a predictable flow of high-quality Leads.
- Own our HubSpot instance, transforming it into a finely-tuned machine for nurturing leads, automating communication, and creating Deals.
- Launch and scale data-driven campaigns across the channels you know best, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
- Take responsibility for the entire marketing funnel, tracking and reporting on the metrics that matter: lead volume, conversion rates, and marketing-generated pipeline value.
- Work as a strategic partner to the CEO and sales team, using your insights to guide our go-to-market motion.
Requirements
A Portfolio of Growth: You have a clear, demonstrable history of building a pipeline for a B2B SaaS company. In your application, we'll want to see examples of how you've driven measurable growth in the past.
Deep HubSpot Mastery: You are a true HubSpot expert. You don't just use it; you leverage its full power to automate processes and generate business.
US Market Expertise: You have hands-on experience and a strong understanding of what it takes to generate leads in the competitive US market.
A Builder's Mindset: You are a strategic thinker who is also highly skilled at execution. You thrive on the challenge of building something new.
World-Class Communication: You have fluent English communication skills and are an expert at collaborating with a remote, global team.
