About the opportunity:
Due to business growth, we are hiring for a senior management position based in Perth. As a senior business leader your responsibilities may include the safe operation, growth, and profitability of the business area you are working in. You may be involved with sales, operations, and contribute to both day-to-day management and strategic direction.
As a dynamic leader with strategic and operational expertise, you'll be involved in SHE, financials, reporting, leadership, sales, marketing, and operational performance. You'll maximize opportunities with existing and new clients.

About you:
To succeed in the role you should demonstrate a history of success in pivotal leadership positions, ideally within the manufacturing, mining, construction or related industries. You will be an experienced leader and a team player - someone who is passionate about driving overall business performance with a growth agenda and with solid, practical skills and knowledge in developing the capability of teams.
You will excel at building strong business relationships while maintaining a down-to-earth, ethical, and professional approach. Your positive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset, combined with a passion for coaching and developing others, will enable you to create valuable solutions and drive success.
