SASMAR is currently seeking a Marketplace Account Manager to join our dynamic team. We are a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company that specializes in personal care and fertility products, including our renowned Conceive Plus brand. Our products are distributed in over 70 countries through various channels such as supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and drugstores.
As the Account Manager focused on marketplace platforms, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on key marketplaces worldwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your e-commerce expertise to enhance SASMAR’s brand visibility and drive sales growth.
This position has strategic oversight of all aspects of account management, from optimising product listings for better visibility and sales to analysing performance data for actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize SASMAR's listings across multiple online marketplaces, ensuring visibility and competitive positioning.
- Develop strategic plans to enhance sales performance, including promotional and advertising strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketplace strategies.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess effectiveness of marketplace initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to align branding and product offerings with marketplace needs.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and regulations to maintain positive relationships with platform representatives.
- Foster strong relationships with marketplace stakeholders to leverage opportunities and resolve issues efficiently.
- Prepare regular reports on marketplace performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing accounts on online marketplaces, preferably in the pharmaceutical or personal care sectors.
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and digital marketing strategies.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Experience with tools and software for marketplace management and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other data analysis tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.
