About the Role
Sydney Dental Hospital (SDH) has been serving the local community since 1904. The Hospital is a centre of excellence and throughout its history has been a key driver in shaping oral health and dental care in Australia.
The Waitlist Bookings Manager is responsible for management of SLHD Oral Health Services waitlist bookings for Sydney Dental Hospital & Oral Health Services (SDH-OHS) and its timely and accurate data submission in accordance with the NSW Health Oral Access Policy and Waiting List Management policy.
The position will oversee the ongoing management and coordination of department activities and initiatives and provide support and direction to administrative staff and other team members to facilitate the delivery of quality outcomes and Departmental objectives.
Ideal Candidate
- Ability to apply the Ministry of Health NSW Health Oral Access Policy and Waiting List Management policy including current knowledge of elective surgery waitlist management best practice, trends and barriers.
- Sound experience managing a team to achieve service goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Proven experience and ability in the management of multiple projects including program design; implementation; change management; and benefits realisation to ensure high quality deliverables.
