We are currently seeking a P&C Advisor to join our small but passionate People & Culture team. Whether you’re an experienced HR Officer ready for the next step,or already working at an advisor level and looking for more variety and growth, this is an exciting opportunity to deepen your HR experience across the full employee lifecycle.

- A genuine generalist role which incorporates stakeholder partnerships, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, work health and safety, policies and procedures, workplace culture, learning and development and HRIS oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting leaders with day-to-day HR advice and guidance
- Managing recruitment and overseeing onboarding processes
- Assisting with employee relations and performance conversations
- Driving employee engagement and contributing to wellbeing activities
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation
- Contributing to HR projects that shape culture, learning and organisational development and make JMV a great place to work
About You:
Whether you are an experienced HR Officer / Coordinator looking to step up or already an Advisor ready for a broader role either way you will bring:
- A genuine interest in people and proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships at all levels
- A good understanding of employment legislation and HR practices (aged care/healthcare experience is a bonus but not essential)
- Initiative, empathy, and the ability to prioritise workload with ease
- Experience with HRIS systems, Employment Hero is advantageous
