What you'll do:
Provide end-to-end service delivery for the HCC CRM system, by ensuring that client referrals are efficiently and accurately recorded and responded to in a timely manner.
Processing external referrals through Kiteworks, and other platforms, and making contact with and responding to General Practitioners via GP Connect and email.
Send resources to clients and stakeholders via email and post.
Provide administrative support to the Preventive Health Team, including, Quitline and Way to Wellness, including managing uncontactable processes, and merging records.
Engage with clinicians regarding requirements for referral and program participation.
Provide backup administration support for other systems and services as required.
Interact with various individuals and teams across the HCC in support of the services they offer to customers.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task in a work environment that delivers multiple services.
Ability to use independent judgement and to manage and impart confidential information.
Well-developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
Experience working with CRM systems or clinical systems will be well regarded.
Experience utilising Microsoft application, such as Outlook, Teams, and Excel is highly desirable.
