We are seeking an experienced Reservations Agent to join our team. This role will report to the Reservations Manager and encompasses all aspects of reservations for the hotel.

The successful candidate will:
- Process reservations and inquiries from all booking channels
- Carry out pre-arrival checks to ensure guest history is linked and relevant booking information is updated
- Develop rapport with regular clients and booking agents
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure every guest has a smooth arrival experience
Ideally you will have:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar PMS
- Ability to multitask and work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment.
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills on both the phone and in person
- A passion for delivering welcoming customer service and memorable guest experiences
- Customer Service skills
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
- Previous Reservations experience in either Hospitality or Tourism will be advantageous
