Rostering Officer – Full Time | Immediate Start

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Rostering Officer to join our team at Mid Murray Support Service (MMSS). This is a full-time position with an immediate start.
About the Role:
- Coordinate day-to-day staff rosters for in-home aged care and disability services
- Ensure rosters meet care recipient needs, award requirements & staff wellbeing
- Communicate changes with clients and workers
- Support timesheet processing and handle rostering queries
- Maintain CRM accuracy and provide exceptional service to staff and clients
What You’ll Need:
- Cert III or higher (preferred)
- 5+ years in aged/disability industry (desirable)
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and CRM confidence
- Driver’s licence and own insured vehicle
- Current First Aid & National Police Check
