We are pleased to announce an exciting opening for a dedicated and proactive House Coordinator to join our team in one of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) houses on a permanent full-time basis. The location of this SIL is Marsden Park NSW.
About the Role
The House Coordinator is the key point of contact within the house and plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service. They report to a Team Leader and work closely with Support Workers, participants, families, and external professionals to ensure high-quality, person-centred support. The role includes:
· Coordinating household activities such as meal planning, shopping lists, and SIL events
· Assisting participants with daily living, personal care, and community access
· Maintain and review key documentation, including case notes, incident reports, and medication charts
· Supporting and guiding Support Workers to ensure services align with participant needs and organisational procedures
· Collaborating with families and healthcare professionals to support participant outcomes
· Assisting with onboarding new Support Workers and providing regular feedback
About You

· Sound knowledge of the NDIS and NSW mandatory reporting requirements
· A solid understanding of WHS principles
· A valid driver licence and access to your own vehicle (required for this role)

Pay: $78,000.00 per year
