About the Role
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities? Maple Community Services is looking for a dedicated SIL Support Officer to join our dynamic team. The role involves supporting the SIL department with participant support, operations and compliance. This is a entry level role with the opportunity for progression within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting SIL operations, compliance, and quality assurance.
- Assisting with participant onboarding, intake processes, and documentation.
- Coordinating house supplies and consumables to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor conditions and support participants and staff.
- Assisting in drafting rosters and resource allocation to maintain efficiency.
- Engaging with participants and stakeholders through feedback, complaints management, and special events.
About You
- Experience in disability services, community support, or administrative roles (NDIS experience is a plus).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with participants, support workers, and other stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with experience in compliance and documentation.
- A passion for improving the lives of people with disabilities and a commitment to upholding professional values.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
