- Lead, manage and contribute to the digital presence of PMD using a partnering model to meet time, cost and quality criteria while managing client expectations within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Plan, manage and deliver project activities and resources to achieve the required outcomes within project timeframes and budget.
- Research and analyse employee intranet behavior and provide options to relevant stakeholders to produce customer-centric content and intranet solutions that enhance business outcomes.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder, supplier and customer relationships through the development of networks, facilitation of workshops and working groups and implementation of appropriate engagement strategies to support understanding of business requirements and achievement of outcomes.
