In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying training needs, addressing workforce skill gaps, and supporting professional growth through the creation and implementation of training plans. You’ll coordinate both on-the-job and external training programs, including managing logistics, administration, and sourcing high-quality training providers that align with workforce requirements.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in maintaining data integrity, generating reports, and delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.
