ONCALL | SACARE are seeking a Part Time Workforce Development Officer to lead the implementation of key workforce strategies and performance frameworks across our national teams.
About the Role
As the Workforce Development Officer, you’ll work closely with the Executive Management team to develop and roll out KPIs, support strategic workforce planning, and lead capability development initiatives. Your work will directly influence staff growth, retention, and organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning and development programs
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure workforce capability and training ROI
- Support succession planning and talent pipeline development
- Analyse workforce data to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design impactful programs
- Drive initiatives aligned with diversity, inclusion, and compliance frameworks
What You’ll Bring
- Qualifications in Human Resources or significant relevant experience
- Proven experience in workforce development or HR within complex organisations
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication, data analysis, and reporting capabilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, databases, etc.)

- Current NDIS Worker’s Check
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
