- Helping coordinate volunteer training to meet mandatory safety and compliance standards
- Keeping volunteer records up to date and ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Processing invoices, reimbursements, and managing asset registers
- Liaising with IT, Payroll, and Finance teams to help resolve local admin needs
- Supporting our teams remotely and occasionally travelling across the state as needed
What you’ll bring
- A heart for community and a friendly, professional approach to working with people
- Experience in general admin, customer service, and strong computer literacy
- Good attention to detail and experience with systems like Workday (ideal, but not essential)
- Confidence working independently, especially across multiple sites or remote locations
- An understanding of compliance in the not-for-profit or volunteer sector
- Current driver’s licence and ability to travel state-wide
- Required background checks (Police, Working with Children/Vulnerable People)
What we offer

- Flexible working arrangements.
- Access to EAP and health & wellness initiatives incl Fitness Passport
- Ongoing training and development opportunities that enhance on the job skills and proficiency.
- Rewarding and fulfilling purpose driven careers that have positive and sustainable / social impacts.
Why join us?
This is more than just an admin job. It’s a chance to contribute to a mission that transforms lives. You’ll be part of a supportive, values-driven team working together to strengthen communities, support volunteers, and build spaces of belonging across South Australia.
Join us, and help create impact that reaches far beyond the desk
