Administration Officer - Vehicle Acquisitions & Transfers

This opportunity sits within Dutton One, our premium retail network known for delivering high-performance vehicles and exceptional customer experiences. We’re now looking for a meticulous and motivated Acquisitions & Transfer Officer to support our growing operations.

Working with the team from Dutton One and an exceptional leader, you will:

• Ensure registration numbers and correct documentation accompany all invoices and records

• Confirm registration currency (or expiry not exceeding 3 months)

• Prepare and complete acquisition paperwork

• Conduct verification of registered ownership (VRO)

• Perform timely VRO checks and vehicle transfers (online and manual)

• Reconcile all transfer costs

• Maintain compliance with VicRoads regulations, identity checks, privacy, and audit requirements

• Maintain accurate and well-organised records

• Scan and attach invoices and contracts

• Enter creditor invoices and assist with general office tasks

• 
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage a high volume of work under tight deadlines

• Confident communicator by phone and email

• Understanding of privacy and compliance protocols

• Professional, reliable, and well-presented

• Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Holds a current Victorian Driver’s Licence

• Previous automotive experience and/or knowledge of VicRoads systems is desirable but not essential

• A current Police Check is required
