Your Responsibilities
As the Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Ensure all ISP support staff are aware of obligations for education providers under the ESOS Framework and potential implications for students arising from the exercise of the obligations. ISP support staff should also be aware of all EQI policy documents in relation to international students
Attend and participate in training and in-servicing opportunities arranged by EQI/Alliance
Attend EQI/Alliance networking meetings regularly
Commit to personal development to support international students
Undertake student protection training annually
Deliver prompt customer service to international students, their families and agents (refer ISP Client Service Standards)
Record a copy of passport and visa details in student's file and enter details into ISMS/OneSchool (as per Enrolment - Subclass 500 (schools) visa procedure)
Ensure all students are enrolled in OneSchool and their details are kept up to date in OneSchool and ISMS (as per Enrolment - Subclass 500 (schools) visa procedure)
Arrange supply of uniform, text books and other school requisites (as per Student orientation - Subclass 500 (schools) visa procedure)
Ensure students have received their OSHC card and details are entered into ISMS, and that the student has sufficient cover for the duration of their studies (as per Student orientation - Subclass 500 (schools) visa procedure)
Ensure students complete the DEi ISP arrival survey as instructed by EQI.
Record any address and contact detail changes in ISMS and report same to EQI promptly (within 7 days of change) (as per Ongoing enrolment - Subclass 500 (schools) visa procedure)
Ensure contact information of student, and legal custodian or parent of student is recorded and verified in writing every six months
Assist and support students who require an extension to their student visa (contact EQI)
Process a Verification of Clearance form for each departing student to EQI
Assist Home Stay Coordinator with Study Tours and new student orientations
Knowledge of Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, or other languages is highly favorable but not mandatory for this position.
