What you'll do

Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
Continually update and maintain knowledge of specific applications and business technical requirements in the support of enterprise applications.
Maintain enterprise applications in accordance with Queensland Health policies, standards and practices.
Work autonomously to provide end to end support of enterprise applications to ensure defined service levels are met.
Investigate, troubleshoot and test the impacts of changes to any of the components supporting enterprise applications to maintain defined service levels.
Assist in the development and review of Business and Operational Plans that link with Departmental and branch outcomes.

About you

We are searching for someone who has:
Demonstrated ability in developing and managing ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident/problem/test/change and configuration management. (SFIA: USUP Level 3, PBMG Level 4, CHMG Level 3, CFMG Level 3, TEST Level 2)
Experience in managing the day to day system administration of enterprise applications: (SFIA: ASUP Level 4)
Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions. (NHS: Effective and strategic influencing)
Demonstrated ability in meeting customer needs and expectations
Understanding or proven ability to quickly learn impacts of other technologies or environments such as databases, servers and networking.
