- Culture, capability, and people-focused KPIs
- Board and Committee evaluation and development

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a values-aligned professional with:
- Proven governance expertise (e.g. Board or Committee-level experience)
- Strong understanding of director appointment processes and board evaluation
- Knowledge of remuneration strategy and organisational performance frameworks
- Experience in the not-for-profit or public sector (highly regarded)
- Familiarity with ACNC Governance Standards (advantageous)
- AICD membership or formal governance or remuneration credentials (desirable)
