About your role:
As an Information Officer within the Health Informatics Unit, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining clinical data quality and patient records. You will investigate data discrepancies, support mandatory reporting, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that underpin patient safety and healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain hospital information systems (HBCIS, ieMR) ensuring accuracy and timely updates of patient data.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in patient medical records using audit trails and linked systems.
Assist in mandatory data reporting and quality audits, contributing recommendations and presentations.
About you:
You are a detail-oriented and responsible professional with strong technical skills in Health Information Management. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities help ensure data integrity and support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Skills & Attributes:
High-level technical knowledge of Health Information Management and healthcare terminologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
