1. Marketing & Content Creation
- Create and manage content across key platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
- Film and edit Reels showcasing treatments, skincare tips, client journeys, and behind-the-scenes moments (e.g. TuneFace, facials).
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar, working closely with management to align posts with seasonal promotions and clinic goals.
- Write compelling captions, social media posts, and promotional messages that reflect Lapeau Medispa’s voice and branding.
- Capture and edit before & after photos, client testimonials, and short-form video content for digital use.
- Design simple and on-brand visuals using Canva or AI-powered tools for social posts, story templates, and event flyers.
- Update website content as needed, such as adding new treatments, promotions, or blog posts.
- Monitor content performance using platform insights (e.g. Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite), and prepare regular reports on engagement and reach.
2. Lead Generation & Community Growth
- Actively manage community engagement through relevant Facebook groups, local online forums, and directory listings.
- Post regularly in local groups (e.g. Malvern mums, Melbourne beauty groups) to share offers, before/after transformations, and client testimonials.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a timely and friendly manner to build trust and encourage bookings.
- Promote client acquisition strategies such as referral programs, new client specials, seasonal offers, and treatment memberships.
- Identify and build partnerships with local businesses including bridal boutiques, gyms, hair salons, and wellness studios to cross-promote services.
- Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns on platforms such as Groupon, ClassPass, or other lead-generation platforms in line with clinic goals and branding.
3. Sales & In-Clinic Client Growth
- Proactively follow up on leads from Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, website inquiries, or SMS campaigns to convert interest into actual bookings.
- Communicate confidently and warmly with potential clients, answering common questions and guiding them toward suitable treatments or promotions.
- Support the consultation process by sharing treatment benefits, explaining how programs work, and preparing clients for their appointments (note: no medical advice is required).
- Upsell and cross-sell in a natural way by recommending skincare products, packages, or service upgrades during check-out or post-treatment conversations.
- Manage rebooking reminders via phone, email, or SMS — especially for clients who need regular treatments (e.g. TuneFace packages, skin boosters).
- Track and report client growth metrics monthly, including:
- Number of new bookings
- Conversion rates (inquiries → consultations → bookings)
- Package sales and rebooking rates
- High-performing campaigns or sales trends
4. Brand & Customer Experience
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints — including social media, website, emails, printed materials, and in-clinic displays — ensuring all communication reflects Lapeau Medispa’s tone, aesthetic, and premium standards.
- Monitor and manage online reviews on Google and Facebook by:
- Prompting happy clients to leave 5-star reviews
- Responding to all reviews politely and professionally
- Highlighting positive reviews on social media or the website to build trust
- Support in-clinic promotions and client experiences by:
- Helping organise special events such as open days, skin analysis weeks, or product launches
- Preparing promotional signage, flyers, or social posts for seasonal offers
- Assisting with décor, gift bags, or refreshments to enhance the customer experience during events
- Ensure a positive, consistent customer journey — from the first Instagram message to the final check-out at reception.
