About the role:

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and people-focused People & Culture Coordinator to join our close-knit P&C team. This part-time role (22.8 hours per week) is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, has creative flair and is passionate about supporting people initiatives that make a real impact.


This role is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in HR. Our P&C team is committed to supporting the successful candidate with meaningful development opportunities and exposure across key areas of the function.


As the first point of contact for all things P&C, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the go-to for P&C queries and manage the P&C inbox
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
  • Support recruitment activities including advertising, screening, booking interviews and compliance checks
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems (PageUp, SAP, SharePoint, Culture Amp, Lattice)
  • Assist with internal communications including coordinating the monthly e-Mag
  • Compile HR metrics and contribute to data-driven insights
  • Help deliver engagement programs, recognition initiatives, P&C events, and learning and development initiatives
  • Identify and implement process improvements

About you:

You’re a natural organiser with a passion for people and a flair for HR coordination. You bring a positive attitude, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in contributing to exciting projects that shape our workplace culture.


You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in HR/P&C coordination and or recruitment administration
  • A qualification (or working towards) in HR or a related field
  • Sound communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
  • A basic understanding of HR/P&C principles, the employee lifecycle and employment law
  • Intermediate technology skills (Microsoft Office and Canva essential)
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a love for learning
