Are you highly organized, people-focused, and ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for a dedicated Quality Officer to join our team in our Sydney Eastern Suburbs.

The Quality Officer is responsible for overseeing the quality and compliance of the business including planning, directing and coordinating activities that help us run efficiently whilst ensuring we are embedding quality care and practice across our Sydney Eastern Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, embodying Dovida’s values, mission, and culture while promoting professional standards.
  • Research, implement, and communicate aged care reforms and legislative changes affecting policies and procedures.
  • Manage and oversee quality management processes, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide clinical oversight and support to the Care Team, including incident management and client care reviews.
  • Ensure workplace health, safety, and compliance with legislation, including WHS initiatives and office standards.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to develop systems, manage projects, and drive process improvements across the business.

About you:

  • Experience with quality, compliance, risk and auditing ideally from a hospital or aged care background.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to problem solve solutions.
  • Self-motivator and able to deal with multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Be a high-level administrator with business management skills including a high level of computer literacy and accurate data entry skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but extensive experience will also be considered.
  • Self-motivated but also able to work well as part of team.
