Data Entry and Office Assistant Required

Job Overview
We are currently hiring a self motivated and hard workingd data entry and office assistant to join our team. you will be responsible for providing the administrative support for distribution operations, more specifically for keeping inventories and entering data for billing purposes. Primary responsibilities:

Enter and review client information into an existing excel spreadsheets
Assist with collating of knowledge for funders as per their data collection requirements
Monitor the quality of data collected and entered for completeness and accuracy
Work with battlefront colleagues to make sure data is accurate
Enter data in the system in a timely fashion
Other duties may be assigned as required
Prepare month-end statistic reports

Experience & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge and skills in the Microsoft Office programs ( Outlook, Word, Excel);
Experienced working under pressure with tight deadlines, and attention to detail
Understanding of the Vista (Viewpoint) accounting software would be an asset
Proficient in managing projects and other time-sensitive activities
Post-secondary education is considered an asset
Experienced with working office equipment
Valid AU driver’s license
