About the Role
This diverse and dynamic role offers the opportunity to manage a variety of tasks in a busy office environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Estimators, Supervisors, and Project Managers to ensure that insurance claims and repairs are carried out smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls, monitoring the general email inbox, and greeting visitors and clients.
- Collaborating with Estimators/Supervisors to coordinate repairs and other tasks.
- Scheduling appointments for assessors with strata managers , home owners, and also scheduling repair works.
- Communicating with all parties involved to ensure timely and efficient scheduling.
- Maintaining accurate electronic records and data management systems.
- Adhering to CBS Policies and Procedures.
- Learning and working with portal-based communication systems.
- Performing general administration duties as required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and can handle the demands of a fast-paced office. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced office environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Familiarity with portal-based systems is a plus, but not essential.
