About the role
Involve Health Hub is an allied health private practice based in Aspley. We provide individual and group therapy to children, families, adolescents and adults, along with psychoeducational and neurodivergent affirming Autism and ADHD assessments.
We are looking for someone to join out administrative team casually working around 12 hours per week. Our practice is engaging, energetic and fast-paced, and we are seeking an individual who can match this pace.
Our client support team is vital to Involve Health Hub and work very closely with each other providing detailed communication to ensure things run smoothly. You will be responsible for embodying our culture, serving as the first point of contact for clients, and effectively managing the various aspects of support across the business.
This is not a typical administrative role; it requires navigating the uniqueness of working within a mental health service. The ideal candidate will align with Involve Health Hub's core values, demonstrate high emotional and social intelligence to care for our clients, and possess a calm yet energetic presence. You need to have the ability be aware of what is happening in the practice around you, think quickly, and be a flexible and dependable worker.
This role involves frequent face-to-face, phone, email, and text communication with clients. Attention to detail and conscientiousness are essential, as many tasks require high-level client support, such as managing bookings, cancellations, payments, waitlists, and maintaining practitioner’s diaries. You’ll also ensure a smooth handover between shifts and maintain a tidy and welcoming environment in all shared spaces, including the kitchen, waiting room, and therapy rooms.
Rostered Hours and Remuneration
Admin hours are scheduled Monday-Friday between 7:30am-7:15pm.
A casual hourly rate of $34.74

- Has flexibility to cover shifts when their teammates are unwell or have personal or study commitments.
