The hourly rate is between $38 - $41 per hour plus casual loading and applicable shift loadings.

  • Flexibility and commitment to working a 24/7 roster pattern which may include night shifts – and feeling comfortable working in an autonomous role
  • Being an excellent communicator – you’ll be able to engage with a range of people from different walks of life, in a non-judgemental and supportive way
  • A friendly, open, and positive attitude – building relationships to support clients, and providing them with a positive role-model, will be a big part of your role
  • Emotional maturity and a calm demeanour, especially in high-pressure or conflict situations
  • Working within professional boundaries with a solid understanding of how to practice these with clients and colleagues
  • You’ll self-care – this role can be challenging and it’s important to us that you are at your best, to do your best
  • Strong computer skills, experience with client note-taking and an understanding of how handovers work.
  • A current Australian Drivers Licence

Our values are important to us, so you’ll need to evidence that you align with these.
