About you:
In your new role you will:
Collects preoperative, operative, and postoperative data components for the Program through the effective utilisation of the hospital medical record sy6stems and personal follow up of the patients after discharge to complete the data collection.
Participate in Program teleconferences.
Ensure all administrative and documentation requirements are initiated and completed in a professional and timely manner.
Be familiar with and participate in the quality based accreditation programs and auditing, including ACHS: EQuIP5, National Standards Quality Systems Assessment, and Work Health & Safety profile.
Working in a demanding, busy and complex environment where there are competing priorities from many stakeholders.
