The Digital Assets Manager manages the full digital pipeline for our five venues. The role combines creative content production (motion graphics, interactive media, graphics designs) with hands‑on management of WordPress and custom NextJS / Angular websites, cloud hosting and basic network upkeep. Success is measured by site uptime, page‑speed scores, campaign ROAS and the visual impact of our social media and in‑venue screens.
Key Responsibilities
Web Development & Administration
- Design, build and maintain responsive microsites and interactive menu pages in WordPress, PHP, Angular and NextJS
- Optimise load times, lazy‑load assets and improve Core Web Vitals scores by 30 % or more
- Oversee AWS hosting (EC2, S3, CloudFront), schedule backups and maintain 99.9 % uptime
- Register and manage domains, DNS, SSL, WAF and email authentication records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Monitor and troubleshoot CMS or server issues, restoring service within 30 minutes on average
- Integration of multiple booking platforms to the websites
Multimedia Production
- Shoot, edit and grade short‑form videos, reels and motion graphics for social channels and in‑venue screens using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop
- Integrate image, audio and video assets with custom front‑end code and CMS components
- Produce 3‑D visualisations, AR filters and drone footage where required
Performance & Analytics
- Run A/B tests on interactive pages and ads, build dashboards and lift online reservations or enquiries (28 % benchmark)
- Embed Google Analytics tags, setup conversion tracking, track Core Web Vitals and compile monthly performance reports
Marketing Support
- Plan and execute Meta, TikTok and Google ad campaigns, optimising creative and bids to maintain ROAS > 20 X
- Budget planning for advertisement to get the maximum ROAS
- Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud automations and segmented email journeys for 90 k+ subscribers
- Maintain customer relationship on social media channels and support on inquiries
Infrastructure & Security
- Liaise with network specialists to enforce security, schedule backups and disaster‑recovery for six brand sites
- Install and administer small‑office firewalls and VPN access, sustaining 99.8 % uptime
Collaboration & Support
- Work with chefs, videographers and marketing teams to storyboard campaigns and maintain brand consistency
- Provide on‑call technical support, patch servers and renew certificates to protect site integrity
- Manage web-hosting and emails for multiple domains including access managment and support
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years professional experience in multimedia production and web administration
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and Blender or similar 3‑D tool
- Strong front‑end stack: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP plus CMS experience in WordPress; working knowledge of React‑based frameworks (NextJS or Angular)
- Cloud hosting on AWS, basic Linux server commands and Git‑based CI workflows
- Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console)
- Solid grasp of SEO basics, Core Web Vitals, WCAG accessibility and web security best practice
- Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills
Reporting Line
Reports to the Group Marketing Manager, works closely with venue VMs and external agencies.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
