About the role:
The Manager, Health Sector Funding and Budget Reform plays a pivotal leadership role in driving sustainable health system funding through the development and implementation of reform initiatives. This role is responsible for leading the design and oversight of the health productivity framework, supporting sector-wide cost escalation growth rate containment, and advancing evidence-based policy solutions to improve funding efficiency and budget alignment.

About you:
Success in this role will rely on your ability to demonstrate strength in the following key areas:

- Strategic Planning: Thinks at the big picture level; entertains wide-ranging possibilities in developing a vision for the future; works across a number of time frames; translates strategic direction into day-to-day activities.
