About the Role:
You will manage a high-performing team delivering governance products, advice and Secretariat support that enables good governance practice and robust decision-making across key strategic committees.
Governance, Strategy and Planning offers a flexible and inclusive workplace where you can build your skills and knowledge, collaborate, and meaningfully contribute to the department's strategic priorities and objectives.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage governance committee arrangements on behalf of the Secretariat for key departmental governance committees, including quality assuring or developing meeting materials.
Lead development of governance resources, tools and processes to build organisational capability.
Lead development and delivery of governance training and capability to mature the department's governance approach.
Supervise a small team.
Provide a high level of support, advice and customer service to stakeholders and senior executives.

Ability to work across a number of areas, in a fast-paced environment, and prioritise your work and the work of the team accordingly.
