Step Into Your Next Chapter:
Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reconciliations and casual payroll support.
Manage financial systems (e.g., OneSchool), financial registers, and ensure timely payment and recovery of accounts.
Provide all-round office administration support - including supporting the reception and student services counters, human resource record keeping, staff onboarding, staff timesheets, and compliance training monitoring.
Support facilities management, including contractor liaison, stocktakes, minor works coordination, and safety compliance.
Contribute to continuous improvement in systems and processes to ensure smooth, efficient office operations

The Perfect Fit:
You are a proactive, reliable and resourceful team player with:
Demonstrated experience in finance, accounts management, or business administration.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff, contractors, and the community.
Confidence with financial and administrative systems (experience with OneSchool and Agresso is highly regarded).
A flexible and 'can-do' attitude - willing to step into different roles to support the team.
