About the Role
Are you an experienced Administration Officer with a passion for helping people? This is an opportunity to learn about the injury management/workcover process while supporting the Injury Management Team to help GH staff to return to work following injury/illness.
The Administration Officer is responsible for the day-to-day administration of all GH WorkCover claims in accordance with the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation & Compensation Act 2013. This includes processing of invoices and medical certificates, lodgement of Workcover claims, maintaining the Injury Register. It is responsible for the in-house administration of the organisation’s workers’ compensation claims. They will also work closely with the injury management team to support all injury management activities outside of the compensation system.
