We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Administration Staff Member to join our clothing and embroidery company.

About the Role:
This is a casual, part-time position (weekdays only, flexible hours). You will be involved in both administrative and creative tasks, working closely with customers, suppliers, and our team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating mockups and assisting with clothing/embroidery design concepts
- Preparing PDF illustrations for clients
- Using Excel and Word for administrative tasks and record keeping
- Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Coordinating with suppliers and handling orders
- General admin duties to support the business
Skills & Experience Required:
- Knowledge of clothing and embroidery processes, including making mockups
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PDF illustration tools
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage supplier/customer relationships
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
